Spider Control™ Inc. was founded in 1949 by Paul Behe Sr., which was then known as Rox-Ex Exterminating Company. He eventually bought out his partner and headed out on his own by creating Guarantee Exterminating Company (later Guarantee Exterminators Inc.). Ryan Timpf now runs Spider Control™ Inc. as a third-generation family-owned and operated pest control company.

Treatment Plans
We treat all of Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, and St. Clair Counties.
STANDARD SPIDER CONTROL™ PLAN
With our spider pest control services, we will treat the entire exterior of your home to reduce the spider population. This exterior treatment is guaranteed to exterminate and control spiders for 30 days if you receive 5 or more treatments. Customers can choose 1 to 8 applications throughout the season.
PREMIUM PROTECTION PLAN
A one-time pest control application applied to the exterior your home in late spring with the best and longest lasting material available to our industry. This guaranteed spider control services plan provides time released protection.
Spider Control™ Inc. recommends power washing, painting, staining, or doing any exterior work to your home before the premium protection plan is applied. Spider Control ™ Inc. guarantees spider control all season long with this application.
SEMI-ANNUAL TREATMENT PLAN
These pest control services consist of 2 exterior applications (May/July). The exterior of your home is guaranteed through September 30th with 2 applications.
GREEN/ORGANIC PEST CONTROL
Spider Control Inc. will design a green pest control program for your home or business. We use the best products on the market to give your home a chemical-free barrier that protects you and your home from pests.
GREEN/ORGANIC MOSQUITO CONTROL
We can use GREEN mosquito control more often, reducing insects in your yard consistently throughout the Summer! Our applications are applied every 21 days to help reduce the insect population around your home with an environmentally friendly green product.

RODENT CONTROL
Do you have an issue with rodents or want to prevent a rodent issue? Our technicians will inspect your home and place multiple bait stations around your interior and exterior of your structures to control rodents.
A typical structure will need 4 rodent stations on the exterior and up to 12 for the interior. We also give our customers the option of only interior or exterior, and we also service these bait stations monthly. Please call for information and pricing.
MOSQUITO ABATEMENT TREATMENTS
Mosquito abatement treatments are designed to reduce the mosquito population around your home. Monthly applications are strongly recommended. We can perform treatments for any special occasion such as (birthdays, graduations, and parties).
INTERIOR/EXTERIOR ANTS
Interior Ant Treatments: Treatments are guaranteed for 90 days if one application is applied on the exterior and two applications are applied to the interior of your home two weeks apart.
Exterior Ant Treatments: Treatment is guaranteed for 90 days if two exterior treatments are applied 3 weeks apart.
TICKS
Our technicians will treat harborage sites for the control of tick populations . We recommend that our customers keep their grass cut short and surrounding areas well maintained. Pets should also be treated by the customer or veterinarian.
EXTERIOR FLEAS
Our technicians will treat harborage sites for the control of flea populations. We recommend that our customers keep their grass cut short and surrounding areas well maintained. Pets should also be treated by the customer or veterinarian.
SPIDER/CLOVER MITES
Spider and clover mites differ in the methods of treatment and materials; therefore our certified technicians will identify the particular pest and treat accordingly.
